I have a Pipo m9 tablet that will not reboot. It is locked at the PIPO loading screen. I have watched your video and referred to your website. WHen I connect the tablet via usb to computer it is recognized by the computer in devide manager under portable device as G and H [assuming one is internal drive and the other an added micro sd]. Not seeing what you show in video I copied the 32bit _win7__Vista_Xp to both the G and H shown on device manager and get confirmation of the driver update. When I run the Multitool using option 1 I get response that adb is not recognizable internal or external command; of course none of the other options work as well. Please advise
